Although, I couldnt recreate her wonderful photo technique,
I used Annas glows and some blending to add the light effects.

This is a photo of a bagpiper who performs each evening at sundown
at the Inn at Spanish Bay in Monterey.
It was a magical sight as he was silhouetted against the setting sun. May 2012.
