I choosed an artsy paper and changed the fill value of this layer smaller. I put my photo with a frame there, and copied it three times. I changed the direction and size all of photo layer. I used some overlays behind the photo and some shadowed elements in front of the photo. Finally I used a brilliant overlay to create a 'frame' for my page.
