The first page for my Project 2023, "The Beach Life", introducing the Beach Cities. This is a pretty straightforward application of Travel Template 7 Page 12, with a few additional frames from Page 16. I chose the beachy ArtPlay Paraiso and my favorite colorful Beach word art which I will repeat in coming pages.
The map was the trickiest part. To get the zoom level I wanted to show our locations plus LAX airport plus the Los Angeles label, I had to blend a couple different views of the map.
The hardest part was limiting myself to 2 photos of each of the beach cities one of them blended with a grassy brush added.
Sea Sprinklez will figure prominently in my book. Note the pink/blue visual triangles.
