Inspiration – Since this challenge is about a framed picture I thought about what I would like to a framed photo. I choose my favorite lighthouse.
Start – File>New 12x12 300.
Frame – Put Warping Frame 2.6.
Photos – I added my photo to the mask Layer of the Frame. I placed APP Hearth Solida Paper 4 with a Blend Mode of Multiply over the frame/photo.
Papers – Added APP Go See Artsy Paper 1 and Solid Paper 4 which I added with a multiply blend mode.
Transfer – Transfer 10 was added on top of the paper.
Elements –I used the brush from Eudaimonia and ribbon from APP Parasio. Word Strip “this is the best” from APP Escape.
Title – Used a word art from APP Cosmopolis.
Brushes -Take Flight 3.2, Splatters 11.8.
Added Drop Shadows where necessary.
