Inspiration – I am thinking of doing a year of Month Review templates. I have several good pictures to start the year off with.
Start – Month Review Template 7.1
Paper – I added Solid Paper 1 from APP Coolith and I put Artsy Paper 3 inside both of the back frames using Layer>Create Clipping Mask
Photos – I add my focal photo to the mask and the other photos to the mask layer of the frames with Layer>Create Clipping Mask
Template Layers – the layers of texture, paper, stains etc I colored using Edit>Fill.
Textures– Added Paper Textures 9.9 behind the frames on the right and erased part of it so it only went to the bottom of the frames.
Title – Wordart “Just be Cool.”
Elements – I put the charm and Twig on the page. I clipped of the top leaves and turned them a rusty color.
Brush – Placed Brush 1 in the lower right corner in blue.
Journal - "January looks forward to the new year and back to the old year. He sees past and future." M. L. Stedman It has been a mild January but there have been a couple of small snowstorms with wet, clinging snow. On my rides around this area, I found some wonderful snow pictures. I also found a wonderful, old, rusty car. If you are willing to venture down backroads and keep your eyes open, there is a lot to see around here.
