I gave my photo a filter in Topaz Texture Effects.
In a new document I clipped the photo on 2 FotoInspired Masks. One was set to overlay.
Another FotoInspired Mask was filled with color. I clipped a paper and the photo on it and set the opacity to 20 %. I copied it twice and made a kind of stairway behind the photo.
I placed the frame.
I added the background paper and the transfers and brushes and WordArt. Also the WatercolorStars.
I placed the elements and the stitches. I typed the text. I warped some text.
I placed the Numbered Overlays and colored them by clipping a part from the photo on it.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
I gave the page a warm photofilter at 6%
