To make the word art, I opened the beaded word art png and used the Rectangular Marquee Tool to select each letter > Layer via Copy and dragged each layer onto to my PSD file. I arranged them over the doodle and added the word strip below. To make the finished word art easier to work with, I created a new group (Ctrl-G) for them.
