The Process
I chose a simple background paper with some texture from AP Anything. I clipped my photo to a watercolor fotoblendz, duplicated the photo and set the blending mode to hard light, clipped a transfer from AP Storm to the photo and set the blending mode to hard light also. I added the frame, but because it was lighter than I wanted, I duplicated it and set the blending mode to multiple. I added a background photo, created a layer mask and hid part of the photo using a soft brush with a low opacity. A second photo was added along with brush strokes, word art, and elements.
