The Process
I began with my photo of an abandoned tractor. I duplicated it 4 times (hid the original) and played with different artistic modes (paint daubs, underpainting) changing the blending modes to multiply, soft light, hard light with reduced opacities). I then extracted the top part of the photo and created a layer mask to hide some of the grassy area and applied the layer mask to all layers of the photo.) Then I began building my page by choosing a neutral background paper from AP Storm, placing my edited photo on the page, and placing a frame behind my photo with the blending mode changed to multiply. I layered a fotoblendz behind the frame and clipped an artsy paper from AP Moments to it and added the word transfer from AP Jardinier. I layered a transfer from AP Tapestry below all the above mentioned layers, added a shadow, placed the note lines on it and added my text. To complete the page I added the leaves, overlay, elements, brushes, and word art.
