'Reflections'

Journaling: Reflections. I always get nostalgic at this time of year, as I look back over the last 12 months. I have learned in 2016 that attitude is everything in having a good year. Its about looking at the glass half full, instead of empty, and having a sense of humor when the chips are down. Life is not perfect, and there should be no regrets. When its good its awesome, but when its bad, you grow a bit more and chalk it down to experience. I am grateful for much this year, but mostly I am grateful to have this experience of life. love, health and art. It doesnt get any better than to just appreciate what you have.
