Process:
A plain paper from AAP Escape was clipped to the background of the Artsy Template. Two frames were deleted and the remaining was resized behind a mask to which my photo of the grandchildren was clipped.
The picture was duplicated 3 times. First I used a Blur filter on the second copy, the third copy was filtered with an artsy sponge effect, all 3 layers were flattened before moving onto the layout. A mask layer was used to change the configuration.
Shells from different palettes, a pictorial sea urchin brush, and a multimedia stick were placed over the Simplicity Word transfer. Art strokes from the template and palettes were placed, duplicated, or recolored as needed. The dragonfly's flight path is a leaf from WaterColor Flowers1 with a gradient color, just a happy discovery.
I love the Punched Words, so simple, and added the "a" in HennyPenny font with a color overlay and drop shadow.
