ok... i'm soooooo done with this layout. urrr... why do i struggle so badly with lots of pictures. oh well... it's on the record and that's what counts.
this was mucccchhhh more about documentation and memories than art. hehehe. i changed all the pictures to b/w at the last minute... will's red jacket and gage's blue shirt with his orange hat... oh... it was just all too much for me. glad it's done.
***ADDED NOTE - ok, nic... you got it babe!! packaged it up for ya!!! hehehe!****
JOURNALING: A Cold Day In ... ... Memphis. This is our snow day for this year. We usually only get one a year, if we get that. I love that though. It gives us just enough time to be surprised and dazzled by the snow, but then its over and were on with life. This year was really special for me though. This was the first time in my whole life that Ive ever built a snowman... actually, this little snowman was a first for all 4 of us. Yes, someone came by while we were gone and took his eyes and buttons out and moved his cute little carrot nose to a place it should not have been, but Gage, you got right out there and fixed him promptly and reclaimed his innocence. Yes, he melted at a slow, but steady pace, but Gage you continued to adjust his arms and facial features to suit his new size. Yes, by the next day he was only about a foot high, but Gage, you said your formal goodbye to him and wished him well. Alyssa, you werent real sure about him, you mostly ignored him, but you did enjoy the occassional pounding on him when we needed the snow packed in. I sure hope you two had as much fun as Dad and I did. I hope every snow day is like this from now on.
