Process
A solid paper from APP Jollification was used as the base of the page. The photo was clipped to a fotoblendz mask, duplicated and clipped to another fotoblendz mask. The blending modes of the masks were changed to hard light and darken to allow the blue color to show. Several Artsy Transfers Jollification were opened and a variety of layers (transfers, textures, art strokes and splatters) were dragged onto the page and layered behind and over the photo. A MM balloon was added with a button from Artplay Mini Palette Vibrant. Embellishments and word art completed the page.
