Prompt: Surrender to the routine
The text says approximately this:
I can't believe that is the mid-year! Last Saturday I missed the Eniovden* , because I received a serious allergy attack on the walk the day before. This I missed the July morning**, because of bad financial decisions. If we have to be objective, I have not been serious about clearing the things I ended with last year, let alone start new ventures. I think it's time to be honest with myself and admit, that I can not make this year exciting, as I had hoped. But I am deeply grateful that, compared to the same period in the past two horrible years, this year at least is a fairly good, so it's not a small, at all! For this week, I chose one of the prompt from the project, which I use as a landmark for mine 52weeks and instead of being sad about what has not happened, I have sought comfort in the routine!
* Eniovden is an old Thracian tradition, related to the cult of the sun. It was believed that when the sun rises that day it trembles and dances and whoever sees it is going to be healthy during the coming year. It is considered that the herbs have the most healing power especially if they are gathered at sunrise of this day.
** July Morning is tradition which is an echo from the hippie era. People from across the country comes to the Black Sea coast to meet the first sun rays on the first day of July. People gather around fires, play music and wait for the sunrise. On many locations, there are concerts with professional and amateur bands.
