Journaling reads: Im not sure if you can call it a New Years resolution, since Im giving myself almost two years to accomplish my goal. I refuse to hit 40 and still be unfit and overweight. There are too many amazing things out there to be done, and I need to be healthy to do them. So heres to losing 40 pounds by 40!
