Process
A solid paper from APP Jollification was used as the foundation of the page. Using Artsy Transfers Jollification_2 and a paint layer from AT Jollification_3 a colored mat was created (some of the layers were moved, turned off). The date was added, colored and an offset outline layered over the numbers. The ruby red slippes (a card scanned and extracted) replaced the 0 in the year. MM Balloons 3 were added, along with MM Magic Sprinklez 1_1. The page was completed by adding word art (custom drop shadow added), a Little Numbers brush and dimensional embellishments.
