While most of the United States has been buried in one horrific snow storm after another, those of us in California wondered if we were even going to have a winter this year... This is my Plum Cot tree in full bloom, taken on February 22, 2018.... The whole month of February was in the high 60s-low 70s... Without rain and snow we were looking at more drought conditions, where we have restricted watering days and the pretty plants shrivel up and die in the blistering heat...
