On Saturday August 30, Sandy Cain and I attended
an all day retreat at Shasta Camp in Mt Shasta. It was called From Wonder to WOW and presented by the Methodist Church. The first segment was a devotional time followed by lunch and then a creative activity and then free time during which we drove 2 miles further down the road to Castle Lake... ...the day finished with dinner...
