My husband is a jogging junkie - which for the most part is good but every 3 or 4 months he falls and this time was one of the worst - jogging over the Brooklyn bridge and in Manhattan is not easy - sorry for the graphic photos LOL

OMG Nancy - this looks horribly painful. I think I will stick to walking (I hate to jog). They may be graphic, but how important it is to scrap LIFE!!! I have to say - you picks some great colors for this layout.
