This is Licorice. You won her in a raffle at school. You see, your class had two gerbils whom your teacher thought were males. Well, that theory went out the window when one of them had babies. Your class couldn't keep all the babies, so your teacher held a raffle. Daddy & I gave permission for you to be entered and you won. You picked out a little, black female & named her Licorice. Since gerbils are social creatures, we bought you a second, light brown female whom you named Caramel.
