I love FotoInspired Templates - they help me get projects done quickly, and I love the collage-like effect you can get from filling in all the spaces 
From a weekend trip to the San Diego Wildlife Park (and Legoland), where it was HOT!
Pages 2 & 10, chosen to fit the photos I wanted to use. Frames and Masks rearranged, and a few tilted a bit for more interest and motion.
ArtPlay Wild was perfect, Transfers used to add lots of pattern and texture.
I recently rediscovered the Sun & Moon brushes, also perfect to convey how hot it was.
All photos lightened and notions and elements recolored (some with a Color Overlay, some with Hue/Sat Adjustments).
At the very end, I placed a solid white paper over all the background at 25% opacity to help the photos to pop.
