My next page started as sunflowers then morphed into a bit more. I had been routing around my EHD for some airplane images for Cabo and came across these sunflowers notions from Snips N Snails designs (I think used to be at Oscraps).
The main story is Oz and I grew sunflowers from seed on my patio and we are very proud. The first opened last week. Yesterday we spotted a monarch landing on it (couldn't get a photo but it was thrilling). Others photos are shining moments from the week.

The Linger Artsy paper on the left had some nice blue in it so I used blue to fill background masks and splatters. Then I played up the pink from my shirt by coloring the heart on the template, adding a tiny heart on the right, and adding MM Leaves, adjusting the colors and adding another partially opened sunflower to the oval frame, using another copy to extend out of bounds and masks and erasers to interweave with the branches.
The seed packed and large overlay on the bottom are from SNS Girasole, the title from Savvy Photobook Project.
Finished a very full page with a little journaling and all-important dates.
