This is Page 2 of FotoInspired 3K, again with the frames and masks separated, this time frames on the left, again using ArtPlay Jardinier, adding Notebook brushes and Garden Notions.
Levels Adjustments used on photos, Color Adjustments used on elements.
Took a surprisingly long time for such a simple process - I spend a lot of time on balance and elements/visual triangles. Sometimes I cannot seem to make the principles work, but I like he page - I guess that's artistry.
