This document outlines the terms for using our digital products. Our products are licensed according to the terms specified in the preview of your purchased item. As detailed below, the available licenses are for personal and artistic/professional/photographer use.
Art Addicts retains all copyrights to our products and the graphics within them by Title 17 of the United States Code and international intellectual property law.
Key Points:
• Our products are digital downloads; no physical items will be shipped.
• We have taken every measure to ensure the digital files function correctly. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds for duplicate purchases cannot be offered. Please check your inventory carefully before making a purchase.
Prohibited Uses (Applicable to all licensing options):
• You may NOT transfer any copyrights of our products to anyone for any reason.
• You may NOT transfer our product and license to anyone for any reason.
• You may NOT share, reproduce, loan, sub-license, rent, resell, redistribute, or make available to any other person or group except as authorised by the specific license you have purchased.
• You may NOT use our product for pornographic, racial, or other offensive purposes.
• Use of our products by any paper industry, professional scrap site, companies such as Shutterfly, Creative Memories, Heritage Makers, etc., or any other business, partnership, LLC, or corporation is prohibited.
Personal/S4H/S4O Use License:
• You may use this product for personal use.
• You may use this product to create projects or layouts for a client (Scrap for Hire or Scrap for Others). Note: Each S4H or S4O client must purchase every product used.
• You may not use one product for multiple S4H/S4O projects.
• You may not use this product for commercial or for-profit purposes.
• You may not claim it as your own, even if altered, resized, recolored, or as part of a layout, page, or cluster.
• These terms apply to both freebies and purchased products.
