Stormy Weather Overlays

Stormy Weather Overlays is a set of (9) 12" x 12" overlays.  To use: Place an overlay over your photo or scrapbook page, and change the Blend Mode of the Overlay to Screen.  Stormy, rainy, and/or snowy effects will be reflected on your document, depending upon which overlay you have chosen to use. Combine overlays to create new effects every time.

Information: Overlays are jpg format; 300 dpi.
