Whether or not the weather?

Do you have plans for the weekend? Is your weather going to be a factor? I am supposed to go to an outdoor fruit/vegetable expo on Saturday but it is 100% rain. I'm not sure I want to wade through mud to get my fruit & veggies. Maybe I will just go to my "inside" organic farmers market instead. Regrouping is always fun. haha

The weather is fabulous here. It almost feels like spring, which is very early, because it's only February. I spent today in the garden. I wanted to do a lot, but I ended up doing hardly anything, except enjoying the sun. Tomorrow we will go out. Walk in the woods, or go to a lake or the sea. Maybe bring some yummies, so we can sit down somewhere and have something to eat. Next week will be colder again, and although the sun will shine, there will also be rain.

We can indeed enjoy blissful weather ... my terrace is somewhat enclosed and Thursday and Friday we have lunch outdoors ... really enjoy ...
Today I went to the market fairly early to get my fruits and vegetables, quickly did some shopping and then we took a walk in our Provincial Domain ... it was good in ... wanted to write the spring sun ... but it is still winter ...
We are spoiled ....

It's warmed up a bit here, above freezing now during the day which means the snow is starting to melt which is a huge slushy mess but that's good b/c some of it can dissipate before we get more snow later this week. I'm looking forward to mostly staying inside today and catching up on some pvr'd shows while hanging out with my hubs. I'll get out to run a few errands later and will walk Taz a few times but other than that....snuggly warm indoors for me today.

I woke up to Snow..I am just below the snow line in N Calif..I am an hour from Lake Tahoe..snow usually starts about 5 miles above me in Camino..we had a huge storm that brought the snow levels down to me...Yay it was so pretty this morning..sun is out and it's all melted!

My kids and I went to my parents' lake house in NE Pennsylvania this weekend and it was cold! I didn't leave the house but my son took the car over to a hiking trail not too far from where we were. He hiked for 2 1/2 hours but it finds it exhilarating. He took a lot of cool pics of the snowy mountain that I was happy to look at from my seat in front of the fireplace:grin:

BTW-- I am very jealous of you who are having some spring-like weather. We had another snow/ice/slush storm last night. I am tired of this mess!

We had fantastic weather last weekend, 10 kilometers walked! Today I went to the forest again, taking advantage of the beautiful weather. Even though I have to iron and brush urgently.

Well, I'm a winter person. I like Spring but can't really enjoy it, fully, knowing summer follows. haha Our weather is a little bi-polar at the moment. We had snow one day and then the next it was in the 60s. Cray cray time of year! My youngest daughter still lives in Florida and she enjoys summer all year. haha Give me a few thin layers and I'm happy for winter all year long. (Don't hate me, especially, Chris. haha)

I was looking forward to 3 days off. Fortunately work in local government so got the paid day off on Monday. But it turned out to be a very blue weekend. My daughter's disease has increased and we had the most ridiculous argument that I ended up in bed for 2 days very depressed. I think we are both feeling hopeless about her future and ultra sensitive and weary. I was so down I didn't turn on my computer or scrap which is my therapy. I went back to work yesterday and will be snapping back but it's been a long time since I felt so low.
