I've lost almost 100 pounds in a little over a year and it's interesting how you don't even notice anything different until it hits you how much better you feel. I took a couple years long break from work during covid and I gained a lot of weight (tons of snacking while scrapbooking ) which took a toll on my quality of life. I could barely do anything except lay down all day. Even scrapbooking was really hard because I couldn't sit down at the computer for long periods. I returned to work two years ago and now that I lost the weight I can do much more but it didn't really hit me until a lot of my coworkers kept telling me how amazed they are at how much weight I've lost. It's crazy because you really can't tell just by looking in the mirror. It's weird how your mind fools you like that.
I still have chronic back issues but losing that weight has helped a lot and I can actually stand at work for 8 hours (even though by then end of my shift sometimes I still feel like I'm dying )
I regret not taking full body before pics of myself but I don't like taking pics like that. Not yet at least
Anyway, my goal is to lose at least 30-40 maybe 50 more pounds! Wish me luck
