Scrolling through Layers in Windows

Before today, I've been using my new laptop for surfing the web, looking at Twitter, etc. I'm finding things about Windows that are already driving me crazy. I really hate that File Explorer doesn't support tabs, so you have to open a new Windows for every folder you want open. I also hate that Windows doesn't natively support PDF previews. I have a third issue I am hoping y'all might have a solution for.

When I am scrolling through layers in Photoshop (latest version of CC) using my touchpad, it scrolls through the layers way too fast, so it's hard to get at the one I want. Do y'all know of any solutions to this?

It must be hard to switch to Windows after a Mac. I am sorry that I have no answers for you. Hopefully, someone here will.

Right now, I really wish I had tried to wait longer to switch. I totally miss my Mac. Alas, I needed a new laptop and a new Mac with the necessary RAM and hard drive was not in the budget.
