That is really weird. I can't think of anything other than the obvious- clearing cache/resetting passwords.
Unless someone else has better info, I would say to email Vicki.

Maybe check your email, the download links also come through the mail?

I received your email from the customer service link. Since you can't get your email right now, I will answer here. I think it is because you are using your laptop instead of your regular PC. I cannot see your password, but I can change it if necessary. I'm also going to send you your download links in a PM here in the forum.
