The movie Labyrinth with Jennifer Connelly and David Bowie is my favorite movie from my childhood...The Never Ending Story is almost tied with it :lovey3: I was in 5th grade when it came out, and I think my Nana and my two aunts took me to see it in the theater at least 4 times :giggle4: I just saw that Labyrinth is on HULU right now!! I am about to watch it while I try to get some Halloween designing done...woohoo!!!! I was so excited when I saw this, had to come and share, just in case any of you are crazy about this movie like I am :beatingheart::heartpumpred::beatingheart:

Here is the trailor for those who don't know about this movie...and David Bowie's awesomeness in it...uber crush material  The soundtrack is SO GOOD, as well!!

I think I've seen the never ending story (a kid flying around on a huge dog, or something???) but have not seen this. Gotta leave right now but I will check out your link on YouTube later......

It's called a Luck Dragon, Vicky! :p

@joyfulheartdesigns Although I was in my 20's when those movies came out, we watched them both over and over again. And yes, perhaps there was minor crushing on David Bowie!

:giggle4: Yeah, my Nana and Popa had both on VHS and I wore those tapes out watching them over and over again!! It was always in the Summer in Texas, so it was often too hot to actually go outside! LOL

The trailer didn't look too creepy, gorey, or scary......so I could probably stand to watch it, LOL! I'll have to see if we have Hulu. I think we do but I don't control the TV remotes, LOL! And, I don't want to! I only watch TV when Mark is watching in the evenings.

Oh yes, it isn't creepy or gorey...the character Sarah is working her way through the labyrinth and comes across a lot of Jim Henson's characters. She is kind of annoying in the beginning of the movie, bratty, but it has a sweet ending :lovey3:
