I had been doing a weight loss group at church but stopped earlier this year. I found it hard to use up all my allotted calories and then still be hungry. I rejoined Weight Watchers since they had a promo to pay $15.00 each month for a lifetime fee. I have been doing this since Monday so it's not been long. It does help to have lots of foods on the zero points list!
