Happy February! Here in the USA, we are well into winter. It has been a cold one so far here in Southern Illinois. I am gearing up for my vacation next month, so I thought I would select a mood board with photos from my past travels to get me "in the mood". I hope it can also inspire beautiful layouts for you.
Here is what you need to do:
1. Select 5 block for inspiration, in whichever way it inspires you. It could be the colors, the theme of travel or city or nature, or freedom like the vast landscapes of the mountains, or the playfulness of the towel bunny, or the majesty of the bird, fun of the adventure park, or whatever comes to mind. Create a layout inspired by your 5 photos. Note: Templates can be used for this challenge if you want.
2. Share you layouts in the gallery. When you post your layouts, list the number of each photo you selected as your inspirations photos in the description.

Here is my page. I used "Cabin In The Woods" by Aimee Harrison
The block that I have selected for inspiration are:
1. I was inspired by the colors in block 8 for my page.
2. Block 12 gave me the mountain vibe which inspired me to scrapbook a page about my recent trip to the mountains.
3. Block 9's cold weather inspired me and made me think of how nice it was sitting by the fire with a hot cup of coffee when it was so cold outside of the lodge.
4. Block number 10 inspired me to add trees to my layout.
5. Block number 1 also inspired me in my color selection for elements for the kit.
How will the mood board inspire you?
RULES:
- Insert your specific rule/s for your challenge here
- Please use 80% Oscraps products that are currently in the store.
- Non-Oscraps products or retired O designer products can be used whether the designer is selling elsewhere or not.
- You need to credit all the products used on your layout.
- You need to credit the source of any photo(s) as per Gallery Guidelines
- Your layout can not be used for more than one challenge.
- Your page must be posted in the Challenge 3 gallery by midnight PST Feb 28th 2025 and linked back to this thread (see below on how to add your linked layout).
- And do not forget to update the CURRENT MONTH'S TRACKING THREAD to be eligible for your coupon.
Adding a linked layout from the Gallery to a thread:
1. Upload your layout to the gallery first. In your forum post click the Gallery Embed icon (little camera).
2. This will open your gallery, simply click on the layout you require, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Continue button.
3. Your linked layout is now in your post, the image will appear once you have clicked the Post Reply button.
