I am already laughing at the ones created so far. I uploaded mine just now, but I also need to put it in the gallery. *jots note to self*

Yesterday went well. I got just about everything finished that I needed to. Today is going to be the busy one, getting all of the last minute things ready.
I am off to the vet to make sure that Floyd is stocked up on food and Jaida doesn't run out of her Dasaquin. Food shopping so we don't run out of coffee. I have to strip the bed and put on clean sheets. My mom is coming up with some food so the family won't starve. The kids will be home so we are going to the local diner for some lunch. That is always fun and then the kids will bust on my mom and give me a bit of a break. They apologized to me yesterday for getting snarky the night before about not being able to play Pictionary. They were only joking and I *knew* it but I was so tired that I think all of my defenses were shot.

We did play Pictionary last night and I have *no* imagination nor the ability to draw. They were hysterical at my very poorly drawn stick figures. :rofl:
Gary and I got our butts kicked.

Felis- Oh my goodness, that is an awful lot for you to be stressed about. I don't blame you for being grumpy at all. I hope that your Aunt gets better. How terrifying to see your cat stuck like that and of course it is natural for it to trigger bad memories. Sending BIG hugs

Sharon- how fantastic to have someone come and clean- I know that I feel really good when I leave a house and it looks all shiny. What a fun time you had with DD, bet you are both counting the days until your other DD comes home!

Trudy- as Caitlyn would say, "the struggle is real." I hate each and every browser at this point. Maybe you were subconsciously making your post go poof so I wouldn't have to be jealous that you were able to be outside and do yard work?

Kay- your family is so close and must be wonderful to see/hear all good things

Good afternoon girls,
sun is shining(even not so bright as yesterday), rain is close, and I'll try to allow it to wash away all my worries! My pleasure for today including little garden work, and hope scrap! I wake up very early this morning and was caught by some wild inspirational excitement. I'm working on three of these 10 page from my list, but at some point I just can't finish them. Are you've been in situation when watched one page and knows that the final touches aren't as should be? Hope to clearise them fast and to have finished layouts . Because I'm not even start my 52 page, even I have some idea. This challenge wouldn't be same without Rae! I'm very excited for the O birthday party too! Have to work on my avi now. My favorite part is how many comments and attention all layouts received during the party! Hope there will be again this game comment 10 pages or why not thirteen !



Chris, my aunt have something as pre brain insults, easy form than my uncle before. But we are still worried. They tell her it's from tired and stress and she eat too much fat meat. She wasn't much stressed, mostly was babysitting her grandchild. But who knows. Thank you to all for the good thoughts!

Trudy, I hope you'll be able to find way to prevent this sneaky posts from disappear! Or at least will become easy to use this browser with the routine! With this connection issue, that I have now, in some days I edit my comment after every personal note, just because it happen often the long post to disappear. It's awful, so yeah I feel your pain. Looks like we have similar weather. At Sunday you was wrote exactly the same things as my post could be . Sometimes I fantasise that if I lifted a bit on my fingers and peeked over my brick fence (on a back side of our house) I'll see not my regular neighbor but you, working on your non-tree, pretty garden. So if in sunny afternoon some gray cat comes from nowhere, it is mine, please, shush it back!

Sharon, I hope your back pain is better now! So you're married for Italian, such a fun! Do you mean natural italian, or just italian roots as in Chris' family?! I like their culture a lot! Are you familiar with this new singer AngelicA Schiatti? She was part of band but now is single and release first album at the beginning of the month. I adore her voice even have no idea for what is lyric about, but I ask Google when lyric is posted .

Kay, yes the job always force people to split. Did some of your daughters will stay to live near to you or you will move with them too?

Good morning, ladies. Just popping in to say hi. I've been off the computer a lot more lately and its been good for me. I have gotten back into jogging with Taz, am scrapping more and using a lot of old kits and things from different stores that I haven't used in yrs. Its been fun.

We are waiting for a group homecare placement for B, should be happening over the next few wks. No idea where it will be located yet. This is where they will determine what kind of services and help she will need for when she comes home.

Chris - I've been thinking of you and your upcoming surgery.

Felis - thx for thinking of me and missing me hosting the 52 Insp challenge.

Morning Ozies!! I have been laughing so much at the Avatars that everyone is coming up with for the Party!! I am a bit late arriving here as Heather facetimed with me as soon as I sat at the computer LOL. Now Hunter is sleeping and still dealing with a very runny nose and he is not feeling all that great. Heather is getting a bit of sore throat, but so far she is not feeling too badly. Wish I was there to give her a hand!! out: Yesterday I got more raking done and filled up two bags with dead leaves and debris from our big wind storm we had in November. It is crazy how many branches I have found hanging in our bushes and Japanese Maples. I will be doing more raking today trying to get all the pinecones and little branches off the lawn so that DH can cut the grass in a few days. The lawn is still pretty wet in some spots, but I have a feeling that we are in for a very dry and hot summer again this year!

Chris - What a great idea you had for the Avatar challenge this year! It looks like everyone is having fun with it! Good luck getting all of your last minute things accomplished, it sounds like you have it all under control! Things are working better now that I have disabled the swipe left action on my trackpad, don't know why I didn't think of doing that a long time ago :doh: I could have saved myself a lot frustration! Horray for your Mom bringing you some food! Gotta love those Italian Moms!! I hope that your recovery time is not too long and that you will be out in your garden soon and getting some dirt therapy!

Felis - Ha, Ha!! Love your black cat Avatar! How fun is this game! Hope that you have fun at the Party and that you gets lots of time to scrap away your worries! Hopefully you will get lots of wonderful comments on your pages! I would love it if we were neighbours! Even more so if you lived where my bad ones are now!! I would never shoosh your cat away from me, but instead would welcome it to come and sit with me and have a nice time cuddling and petting her/him!

Rae - So happy to hear that you are enjoying your time away from the computer, it is a good thing to unplug for a while that is for sure! I am not on here as much as I used to be either, there are other things out there to do! So glad that you are back to jogging with Taz! The weather has been perfect for it! I have never enjoyed running/jogging so I don't quite get the pleasure of it and found it way too hard on my joints, so that is why I swim instead. But I am happy that it gives you enjoyment and I bet Taz loves it too! Sounds like things are moving along for B! I hope that it all goes smoothly and that she will not be too far away from you! :hug:

I am going to get my bed made and then get back here to do some commenting and get a page done! Other than that I will be raking a bit more this afternoon and trying to figure out what to have for dinner tonight. DH made burgers for us yesterday on the BBQ, so good!! I made him a potato salad, but none for me and no bun for my burger, still I love burger night as I smother our burgers in mushrooms and bacon :hungry: Hope everyone has fun with today's warm up of the party! Today is outside day- spraying for feeds and putting down weed and feed. 3 days of sun here-such an anomoly!

Felis-my husbands great grandparents came over from Corleone, Italy. Some of the family is still there. One grandmother never learned to read or write as the family spoke Italian and she did not attend school. She only learned conversational English.

Kay I must go look at the layout!
