Whoops! I started to type December up there^^
I feel like I have been going circles, around and around and around- then throw in some time loops and figure eights. Hahaha.
(Grammarly desperately want me to rewrite that sense. Sure, it is confusing- it is supposed to be!)
((Now it wants me to rewrite that last sentence. Not gonna do it!))
#crazy-2
I didn't get any scrapping done. I didn't even open PS up. My scrap time was instead spent talking to my brother about childhood vacations and our cousins and my parents' old cars. How we would drive to ME in the bag of the station wagon with the seat folded down, lying in our sleeping bags. My brother remembered going to Gettysburg when Dave Righetti pitched a no-hitter (HOW does he remember this stuff???). I Googled that and got a date, July 4, 1983. That was the 2nd time that we went, we went once before when I was younger. I have a photo of that time already scanned. After I got off the phone with him, I got lost again. I found an article in the New York Magazine from May 1977 and grabbed some screenshots of that too.
That took up 4 hours of the afternoon and I could not sit at my desk any longer.
Maybe today I'll finish the LO.
Scott went back to work today. he said he was pretty surprised at how well he, Sam, and Pup made it through 5 days of quarantining in one small room. I laughed and said no way could Dad and I do that. Maybe when we were first dating but not now! bwahaha!!! Cait and Tom went to a wedding venue and they think it has some good possibilities. It's a family-owned Italian restaurant/ballroom that has been here for 40 years. The people they met with were super nice, very accommodating, and upfront with all of the costs and fees. The head chef met with them and seemed pretty excited to come up with a vegan menu. And-- it is in their budget with some wiggle room.
I am cleaning here this morning, then taking W for her rabies shot. I hope to get my CT page uploaded and then work some more and Karen's My Story project. It has gotten my entire family so engaged. My mom and dad have been talking about it. TO EACH OTHER!!!! I email them some of the info I find online and they love it!
HAGD!!!
