Happy Monday! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was mostly quiet I suppose. Puttered about catching up on laundry (so nice to not worry about the machine leaking) and lots of time in the kitchen. I started to work on taxes but needed Scott's W2 so I didn't get far. I have his now and that will be something I am working on today. The weather looks like it is going to be nice for February. Sunny and 50* I am glad for that for me-- so I don't freeze all day, and for Scott while he is at Weis. He was there most of the afternoon/evening yesterday and said the wind was brutal. Coming from the kid that went camping when it was in the single digits, it had to be bad. He is back there all day. I guess they have a bunch of groups coming in with the schools closed for Presidents' Day. He is running to the store on his way out to get marshmallows for the kids.

I spent some more time with the pups and the Play button. J seems very interested, W not as much. I really thought it would have been the other way around. It is on my list for today too, hopefully, they will stay interested and engaged.

@Cherylndesigns hehe, The Vault. That is good! I can keep a secret but not from everyone. I don't think I could with the kids or Gary. My face will give it away, they know me too well. My mom is the same way- she has a hard time keeping a "silly" secret from me - like when my friends threw a surprise party for me. But there are several secrets that my grandma told her, one on her deathbed- that my mom said she will take to her grave. That has me curious to no end and occasionally I want to press her on it. But I respect her and my grandma too much to bug her.
I give you Finger Pointers so much credit- you always pick incredible LOs and I am honored to have my chosen.
Right now in NJ, it is 25* at 7.30 am. But if it is going to be 50 later so that is gonna be downright spring-like. But the weekend was horrible.
My goodness, you two are so freaking cute!! What good energy too. Love it!!

@mom2triplets04 - is it nice by you today too? Do you have any plans with the kids since school is closed?

@scrap-genie Aren't the butterflies on the dog sweet? I think they caught my eye before the dog did

@felis Look at Tiny!!! OMG, she is adorable and her sweater is wonderful-- you did such a great job! Does she sit still so you can put it on her? And I also see flowers in the photo. Thank you for sharing, t that makes me so happy!

Good morning ladies! I never made it back in here yesterday. And I didn't get any commenting done in the gallery. And I'm sure that there are at least 1000 other things that I didn't do this weekend.

Things aren't going well with Decker. He has become more aggressive as the time has progressed. Our neighbors have a new male dog and Decker has taken to "fence fighting" so he can only go out into the backyard on leash so that he stays away from the fence. He will not leave Andie alone and he has Hayden all wound up all of the time. Talked to the foster lady yesterday. It sounds like his only option is to return to boarding. Sad week ahead. But, especially with me going back to work, I think that it is the only option.

I did cook Butter Chicken for the family yesterday...hadn't done any real cooking since starting this cussed diet so it was fun to try a new recipe. It was voted as ok. So it won't get into any normal rotation. But it was fun to try something new.

I'll be back. Need to figure out what needs to be done today!

Is he neutered? This will calm him a lot. However my Middleton is aggressive, we encouraged him to being aggressive, because he is guard and I was robbed few years ago and I was freaking out. The law at my country force me he to stay on chain during the day time. It's pretty common at my country and I know few sistems to give more move. Tell me if you need ideas. It's not a good thing dog like that to live in pack. I'm sorry, but you'll put in risk the other dogs if you're not very careful and pedantic.
My education is Animal care and I know some things about that, although I'm specialised at felinology.

@faerywings Oh, yes she is used to wear clothes, after once catch a cold at summer. She sit, and then I gently hold her under the shoulders and slide into the sweater. Thank you for the nice words!

Good afternoon - it just turned afternoon 8 minutes ago.

It's 65 here today and sunny, but windy, as usual. I tried to sit out on the back patio yesterday, but that old wind was just too chilly. Chuck went out there with me and we talked about putting up a couple of units of fencing. He came up with the perfect solution so that my beautiful view of the woods isn't blocked. If I put it where I wanted to, he said that wouldn't block the wind. Haha We're way up on a hill and it whips around up here.

Yes, they call me The Vault. You must not have a poker face, Chris @faerywings. I'm sure you don't - OMGosh - my grandmother gave me a deathbed confession, too. Only she didn't die - she just thought she was going to. She didn't tell me not to tell anybody and I went straight to Mom and Dad's from the hospital. It was the ONE time I didn't have a poker face. Dad looked at me and said "Mom told you, didn't she?" (It was about a family member and had been a deep dark secret for many years.) Oh, the things we talk about on here.

Thanks for the kind words about the FP Blog. It's nice to hear. We have a great crew and we all pull together. I'm honored to be a part of it. Also for the fun comments about my pictures. We do have so a ball together and we laughed about how many pictures we took Saturday. We're picture-taking fools.

Guess what I've been doing for the past few days? Having "File Fun". NOT. I HAVE to get my files organized or I'm going to lose it. SO much movement lately and it had to be done. So far, I've moved SO many files to EHD's and then deleted them. It's been about a week-long project - working on that in my spare time. I know my laptop is saying "thank you". It must be breathing a little easier.

Linda @LSlycord sorry to hear you're having trouble with Decker. Nothing like having a fence fight with the neighbor's dog. They'll be complaining about that - are you in a strict HOA? Almost all of them are down there, though. Good luck with that.

I'm going to sign off and get busy with other things - I'm done with the files for today anyway. Adrienne just let me know they're at the airport - ready to get on the plane to come home. I really miss all of them.

Chris @faerywings this is from today! The daffodils next door against their foundation and along our driveway start coming up under the snow and then are revealed on a spring-like day like today.
