Morning all - Chris is enjoying her wine for us as her kids have no school today. I however do get to go to work, and soon, thought I would open the thread and say-

Happy Happy Monday- it is going to be a marvelous day! That said- my keurig decided it needed priming- I tried, but did rush through the process, and it did not work with the water well or cleaning the needles- so I am trying again and hopefully, it will work- will finish after work tonight. Have wonderful mondays!
 
morning...no school for the kids...and no work for the husband....today's agenda...me going grocery shopping....and then LAUNDRY!!!
 
Morning my "O" friends... Happy Monday and Happy Presidents Day to all of my U.S.A. friends!! Full day of work for me today and then off on Tues. Had a a nice weekend and enjoyed the baby shower, it was good to get out of the house and mingle with the ladies for a change! Hubby and I watched many episodes of Breaking Bad over the weekend. Finished the Tudors series so decided to give Breaking Bad a chance and we are hooked. Love Netflix!!

Laurie - Thanks for opening this thread! Too bad that you have to work on this holiday, but sounds like you are up for it! Hope you get your keurig working! I have a Braun Tassimo Machine and it doesn't have needles to be cleaned, but I sure love the all the coffee and tea it gives to me!! Hope your day goes well!!

A holiday is like every other day for us retirees! Dick is finishing up some work before we leave Thursday.

Chris - Hope you can still stand! ;-)

Laurie - Hope you got your coffee before you had to go to work. When I drank tea with caffeine that was certainly important to me. Caffeine headaches are no fun.

Kristy - Laundry never ends but it's a job I like cause the end results are so nice. It's a good day for laundry on the line here but I don't have much to go out.

Trudy - Oh Breaking Bad is seductive...and it's one that I think got better as it went along. I actually bought the last season on iTunes cause Netflix wasn't that current. My son found George Gently on Netflix so I have another series to enjoy.

Well, I have a bunch of odds and ends to do today...and roast a spatchcocked turkey for the two men in the house. It'll smell gooood. Happy Monday!
 
hi, everybody. i'm a bit out of it. bad sleep last night/this morn. and my husband is home. and my "daughter" sent me an email yesterday that almost caused me to blow a gasket. so, best i don't write more. at least the sun is shining. have a good one.

We went whale watching yesterday...and saw quite a few. They were fun to watch although not close enough to get any really good photos! :-(

The kids played at the beach and loved letting the waves bring them back to the shore. Tonight we are doing a luau. The rest of the day...just kicking back and relaxing!

It's already one o'clock here in my neck of the woods. Had a fairly productive morning. Finished a "traditional-ish" style layout that I had been struggling with for the last couple of days . . . not the layout necessarily . . . the "traditional-ish" style part of it. Lately I've been finding it harder and harder to work that genre. *sigh*

Anyway . . . hope all of you have a really fabulOus day. =]

Good evening my friends- I managed to get my coffee pot working - yeah- tomorrow- I get to take my car in for $$$ repair, and hope to hear from my dentist regarding my tooth.
