Morning O fam- I am out of breath and sweaty did part of a workout- looked out the window and spotted a fawn near the edge of the field by my lawn. During the one minute break I stopped to take photos of it, then a second joined. Then I had to stop and sneak outside- my husband had already opened the garage door and they didn't run. They did partake of my willow tree! After they fled, I discovered my Japanese Anemone was starting to bloom. Then the bugs came out- must have been the eau de sweat I was wearing. Off to shower and then download the photos and then hope to share one or two with you!

okay here are 4 straight out of the camera! The grainer ones were shot through my not so clean window!

and this one reminds me of the tightly in the bud quote!

Good morning - Laurie your photos are awesome! How fun to see the two fawns.
Woke up this am and a huge rain storm came through but I had taken out the trash and gotten my newspaper before it started so I lucked out. But that means I am mowing my lawn - opps oh well I guess it will be there later as it should clear up soon but maybe more showers in the afternoon. Good excuses to stay in and scrap. Yesterday I got in a good walk and a bike ride. It was a nice day.

Hope everyone has a good Monday!

Good morning!

Nice captures, Laurie! Your Japanese Anemone is beautiful.

I hope you get lots of scrapping done, Nancy. What a great trip you had! I love that you took cooking lessons while you were in France.

We had a fix-it sort of weekend (why does everything go haywire at once?). Now I am waiting for the plumber because we had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink. I put aluminum foil over the faucet to remind everyone NOT to use the water because it goes straight to the floor ... I guess I should have posted a sign explaining that nothing should be poured down the drain, including chicken soup. What were they thinking? Next time ;-)

Hope you all have a terrific rest of your day.

ETA: Do you guys see the words "kitchen sink" above a hyper-link to ads about kitchen sinks???? After I posted it appeared and not by my doing. I have been seeing this a lot when I post - these hyper links just appear and lead to ads.
