(That is about as Easter-y as I get LOL)

How is everyone this morning? I am still feeling a bit groggy, I slept very restlessly last night. The main reason was my darn dogs! Jaida was squishing me as it was and when I went to flip over (it takes me a while since my shoulder gets stiff), the darn dog rolled underneath me. J is the one who is 100% dead weight when she sleeps. At least Whisky is shove-able. :D
Sad to say, the weather was back to being cloudy and cold, so I decided not to do yard work. I did a semi-deep clean downstairs instead. That took longer than I would have liked but it's done, at least, until the dogs push their sweet little boops against the window and smear it all up. I start a scrap page with Oscraps' newest guest designer- Wendy Page. @Su_Sanne wish me luck, I am attempting the border challenge :holysheep:

It's really cold again this morning. Of course, it is. It's a FP (food pantry) day. Cait is planning to come with me today but we'll see how she feels when I wake her up soon. Other than that, I will get that LO done, finish up some laundry, and *if* it warms up, I'll lget outside for yard work.

How about you, any fun plans?

@Nonni F Hope that you got some yard work in and the weather cooperated. That's the catch. Lots of sunshine vibes to you!

I joke about yard work being my dirt therapy. Scott tells me that he will be home late from work, he was going to a Dirt Group at the local ecology center where he works occasionally. A Dirt Group???? Wow!! He told me that it was open to the public and I was welcome, but I don't want to become "that mom."
Maybe next time *wink*

@bcgal00 Dang, you look fan-TAS-tic. That cut is going to be perfect for the cruise. And look at how it shows off your gorgeous cheekbones. I can't tell you the last time I went to a mall. Oh, wait, yes I can. It was almost a year ago when Gary and I took Caitlyn to her Licensing Exam and I had a panic attack in the food court and had to leave. LOL
It sounds like you knew where to go and what you wanted to get. One more week!! Have fun (*cough-cough*) packing :)
Good luck with the bird deterrent. Wish there was something like that for mice, they have been getting into my kitchen again *grumbles*

@vickyday No pictures from the hike this time, hopefully, next time I'll take some. It's strange since I don't really like the color yellow very much (I prefer blues and purples) but forsythia and daffodils make me very happy when I see them.

@taxed4ever Nice visit to the DMV! That's always nice when that happens.
I can only imagine how happy your heart is knowing your kids and grand are together. Will you Facetime with everyone for hours? *G* Hugs to you too, I know how much you wish you could be there as well xo
I meant to tell you and Rae, thank you for the recommendation on the hiking boots. They were excellent! What a difference from when I was out with Gary wearing sneakers.
Hope you found the perfect outfit for tonight, have fun! Don't :dance2: and :drinks2: too much! (Where your line is "too much" is up to you haha!)

@vickyday Whew! What a relief that you are feeling better. Glad that all of the labs came back fine, too.
Raining cats and dogs is a good day for a PJ day. Love that Bitmoji there :D
What a mess the Facebook issue is. I can't believe that you aren't getting any support at all!

@Cherylndesigns It's always good to see you in here, even if you are bumping *thisclose* to midnight. Not that I am awake for it haha!
Scott told me that he thanked my dad for always getting him on hikes and going fishing, that he really instilled his love for the outdoors. Then he laughed and said that he also appreciated all of the times my mom got books out of the library for him. If it had a bug or snake on the cover she had to keep it face down so she wouldn't see it and asked the librarian to put them in a bag for her haha! And me- because I always let in play in the mud and find bugs (My motto: A muddy kid is a happy kid)

Ahhhhhggg!!! Poor Roger, those lumps (thank goodness not clots) must have been so uncomfortable on top of everything else that hurt! So glad that he was able to get seen by Urgent Care and then the hospital. And double wow about the allergy.
Tell him he has the Ooos all thinking of him and Adrienne too.

Love to you all!

Good morning friends. Sydney is home. And the house is now a disaster. She has started the moving home process and we now have stuff all over the living room. Her bedroom is a disaster because she is trying to decide which of the 100's of shirts she has saved should go into a tshirt quilt. She looks at each one, then says "Maybe I still want to wear this one..."

Thanks @faerywings for the reminder that it all worked out with Scott. We have told Shaun all along that he doesn't need to get a degree...a trade would be great. I don't know...the combination of the move and Covid and just life at his age...I think it's hard.

Back to plans for the weekend. Need to go with Sydney to return some pants she ordered online. Then I need to get a few things made for Easter dinner. And we are going to do the VanGogh immersive exhibit this weekend. So it's actually, kind of a fun weekend ahead.

Good morning ladies. I'll be getting ready for my morning hike in a minute. I hate getting ready so early but then when I get out

I am glad for the fresh air and the beautiful view at the end before we turn around and come back. We met another fellow yesterday who also hikes at the same time and knows my friends. He has a border collie. So they joined us.

Later I'll be sorting and packing, and will take photos of our documents. I ordered some silicone travel bottles that should come today or tomorrow. I want to bring some extra wax for my hair.

I think I told you that we got a bird deterrent kit, one of the things is a big yellow beach ball with six eye shaped reflective things on it. We called her "Iris" b/c of her many eyes :) So, yesterday afternoon, there is a knock at the door, it is a neighbor from down the block. She found Iris lying in someone's driveway at the end of the block. She remembered seeing her hanging from our house so brought her home. So apparently, Iris is an escape artist LOL. The first time the wire got whipped around by the wind and snapped so she ended up in the garden in the back yard and then yesterday was down the block, it is difficult to keep her home. Darrell put new connectors on and a stretchy kind of wire that hopefully has a bit of give so won't snap off. Not sure if she will be hanging in the window when we get home after the cruise. I told Jen, if she disappears, then just tape reflective tape to the inside of the window, take the screen off to let it hang out the window and hope for the best. Luckily, The nesting season should be finished up by the end of May, so the end is in sight.

I have to go get ready, I'll be leaving in 15 min. I'll check back in later. HAGD everyone.

Good morning my friends. Well, I'm only half awake, but wanted to jump on here for a minute. I finished a LO for the Featured Designers and need to get that posted. I'm going with Adrienne to get her hair done - she just wants me to go and sit and visit with her. I told she and Roger that the O's were thinking of them. She thinks it's SO amazing that I have all of you online friends and that we share so much of our lives. Roger felt well enough to go out to dinner last night and they Face Timed us from the restaurant. They invited me, but I need to spend some time with Chuck. He pretty much lets me do whatever I want, but he does enjoy our couple of hours each night from about 8 to 10 of TV watching. I don't go out much at night because that's kind of "our time". (He hardly ever wants to go out in the evening, unless it's up to their house.)

That's so funny about the books that Scott had to hide from your mom and I agree - muddy kids have been having fun. I always encouraged the same things. Oh, I forgot to mention that I told Gwen Stefani and Alejandro + Tex and Lex that Aunt Chris said hi. Those skeleton chickens are THE cutest things and I have them sitting in my office. It's hard to tell in the picture, but Gwen has a black bridal veil on. Haha I love Alejandro's mustache, too. How Alejandro got his name - we were trying to think of a cute name for him and had ordered Door Dash for dinner. Our driver's name was Alejandro, and he was SO cute. Voila!

After the hairdresser, we're going to pick up a grocery order for tomorrow. When Roger was feeling so bad, we had decided to order food from a restaurant, but yesterday, Adrienne said she wanted to cook.

Linda @LSlycord I'm so glad to hear that Syd's home - they sure do bring a mess, don't they? That's the fun though and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful day tomorrow. Shaun will figure out what he wants to do and I'm hearing more and more that trades jobs are a good thing to go into. I'm a huge fan of Mike Rowe's and that's his philosophy - those jobs will always be needed. He has a website called Mike Rowe Works and it's pretty interesting. He's even giving away scholarships.

Hugs to everybody and Rae @bcgal00 your haircut looks amazing!

Happy Easter to all.
XOXO

Good Morning everyone! Just a quick hello to you all as we have a busy day planned. (what else is new!) :giggle4:I spent most of the day yesterday making Easter Cards, it was so nice to sit in my craft room and create. DH spent most of the day in the garage, getting his winter tires off of his truck and working on SIL Linda's BBQ. DH ordered a conversion kit for her BBQ as she had to convert from natural gas to propane when she moved. So that is all done and now she is really happy to be able to BBQ once again. Her and Mark poured us a glass of wine and we had a quick, but very nice visit with the two of them. Now the guys are going to work on how to store the Kayaks in SIL Linda's garage. Always something right?!! Sure wish the weather would warm up and the wind would stop blowing so we can actually get out on the Lake and use the Kayaks !! Here are some photos of what I put on my kayak and one of my paddles.

IMG-2789.JPGIMG-2790.JPGunnamed.jpg

I just have to cut out a name for SIL Linda's Kayak now and then we are all ready to hit the water. If we ever get nice enough weather. Looking forward to seeing my brother and SIL Veronica tonight as we dance the night away to our fav local band. We will spend the night and then head to FIL and MiL's in the morning. So I will MIA tomorrow.

@faerywings - So glad that the hiking boots were a good choice, I hope you get tons of use from them! Yes the kids and grands are planning on calling us tomorrow so they can say hello to the Great Grandparents too. Good luck with the border challenge today, its a good day to tackle that if your weather has turned gloomy again!!

@LSlycord - Oh my goodness, Sydney is moving back home already!! Where has the time gone! I hope she can get some of T-Shirts sorted for the quilt! What a good idea!! Yes, going into some kind of trade for Shaun would be a very good thing! It took my Jason a long time to decide what he wanted to do after graduation. In one year, he had 13 different jobs!! I don't think I have that many in my whole life :tongueout1:. But the military has been a wonderful career for him and his wife and he got a wonderful education in his chosen field with them. Shaun will find his path in life!!

@bcgal00 - Rae did you change your AVI again?? Or is it just me thinking it was a different photo yesterday?? Anyway I will say it again ... I love the new hairstyle! Have a good time on your walk today and so exciting that you are starting to pack for your trip! I am so jealous , but so very happy for you!! :lovey3:

@Cherylndesigns - So nice that Roger is feeling better and was well enough to go out for dinner! Enjoy your visit with Adrienne at the hairstylist today! I hope you all have a lovely Easter dinner together!

Happy Easter to everyone else that pops in here today!! May you all have a lovely day with family and friends!!

Happy Easter everyone!

We are having a very quiet one. The weather was supposed to be bad, but turned out quite lovely so have been on a couple of long walks having big talks :) Otherwise having fun working on new products, parenting via the family Whatsapp chat and NOT having fun doing tax prep and digital housework (changing newsletter system and setting up a password manager).

Tax and tech housework has to be the worst

Also trying to take it easy as I 'popped' a rib and it is surprisingly painful. Such a stupid injury - I am really short and was trying to reach into a deep freezer at the supermarket to reach the green beans at the back .... decided it would be OK to let my feet leave the ground for a second and sort of 'pivot' on my side to reach the beans. Nope! Next minute I feel a pop and "oww!' Never did get the beans ...

@faerywings sorry about the bad night ... though it does sound snuggly ;)

@bcgal00 Hope the hike was lovely - and LOL at the bird deterrent! (Great hair BTW!)

@Cherylndesigns You sound like us. DH loves that TV time together, and can't sleep if that schedule is broken :p

@taxed4ever There is, indeed, always something . Love those decorated kayaks BTW!

@LSlycord Yes, yes, yes to trades (in my opinion!)

Good Easter Eve to all!
Hope your Easter is a blessing! He is risen, indeed!

I woke up to a prescript waiting for me at CVS for an antibiotic for the UTI that was discovered from my urine specimen given at the doctor's office earlier this week. But, I still don't see that being the cause of my stomach issues. I'm glad it was discovered before it got too bad, however! At least, I am guessing it is not too bad since I wasn't feverish or anything and I only have to take it and drink lots of water for 3 days. BLECH to the water! LOL! I wonder if sweet tea counts? When I say sweet, it is not too sweet. Less than 1/2 cup per gallon.

I had a rough night of not much sleep for whatever reason. I woke up at 10 with a start (it actually was a snort, lol). I got up for just a bit as I was not feeling well in general. Couldn't put a finger on it. Maybe just the lack of sleep. So I ended up laying back down, tossing and turning until I finally got up around 2:15. Then got dressed and went to the pharmacy to pick up the antibiotic which is sulfamethoxazole-tmp DS. 6 pills cost me a whopping $0.96! What?? I'm sure my medicare must have kicked in or something. No complaining from me! Just praying it helps!

We were supposed to attend a wedding today but that didn't happen. Poor Mark's hemorrhoids are acting up again. He is pretty sure it is a reaction to the last medicine the doctor added because it has been a problem ever since! He has a doctor appointment on Tuesday with her, so he is not taking the medicine this weekend to see what happens. I hope it proves to be the meds and that he can quit taking it. We're both a mess physically right now, lol! This, too, shall pass.....we are hoping and praying, anyway!

Have a great rest of the weekend!

Happy Easter (Passover/Ramadan/Ostara/A Sunny Sunday)!

The weather report from NJ is sunny but very cold. It is bringing back all of my childhood memories of not wanting to wear a coat over my new Easter dress and probably chucking a fit (temper tantrum) when my mom made me. And I wonder where Caitlyn got it from during her terrible threes. *G*

Remember how I said that I hoped with all of the hiking and yard work I was doing, I'd lose some of my winter weight? FP sure had other plans for me. I came home with a coconut cream pie, cookies, croissants, mini-cinnamon rolls, and carrot cake cupcakes. And I blame the pantry for forcing me to eat it. *voices of starving children who would be glad to have that food are ringing in my ears*
:p That was on top of the chicken, lasagna, and plant-based sausage, and more seitan. And eggs! Local free-range eggs. The people there are so very nice and I always want to send up good thoughts and thanks to them.

The good feelings I had from the FP ( which could be attributed to a sugar rush) didn't last very long. Major computer boo-boo. Technical term. LOL
I ran C-Cleaner like I usually do, once a month. I had finished my Border LO and had to log in here. But first, I needed to log into Last Pass to get my password. Most of my passwords are all generated so I have no clue what they actually are. I type in my Master Password. Nothing. Try it again - I am known for typos. Nothing. Try a few variations that I don't remember ever making but... *shrug* you never know what I might have done. I try it on my phone thinking muscle memory might be better, but no luck. Of course, now I am locked out. I wait, try again. Locked out. Wait some more, and finally able to get a Password Recovery Hint. "Generated Password." What?? It's not nor is the hint helpful. I am 100% worked up so I take a break. I am finally able to go through the recovery steps and thank goodness, I had my cellphone linked as a recovery tool, got a code via text, logged in, and got my passwords. It's not as bad as getting my Facebook hacked but man, it was a stressful hour or so.

It's usually pretty quiet on Easter, we don't really celebrate it except that it is important to my parents. They are coming up today with bagels, Easter pie, and Prosecco. And that's how we celebrate Easter ;)

Wishing all of you a wonderful day, have a happy one!

@LSlycord Yay for having the 4 of you together for the weekend! Will Syd stay until tomorrow again?
Don't feel bad about the mess in the LR. My BFF-- who's house looks like it was staged by an interior decorator- still has her DS's college mattress shoved in the back of their kitchen nook- and he graduated a year ago.
I really feel bad for our kids' generation. They sure don't have it easy. The things that we grew up mostly accepting "as is" - graduate/get a job/move out- it is incredibly hard for them with so many additional challenges I don't think we had (generally speaking of course). I know that gap years are an option but with Scott, we were worried if he did that, he'd never go back. Not to mention, how many kids can afford to take a gap year without working FT? Doesn't give much room to explore options.
Anyway-- you know I am wishing you guys a path fwd. Remember that Cait works with students with Undeclared Majors if you ever want to run something past her. Not sure if she could help, but you never know.
Have a wonderful time at the VanGogh exhibit. Everything I have heard about it sounds amazing!!

@Su_Sanne I struggled a bit with the border, too. Almost every time I scrap a border challenge I end up with it on the left side of the page. I wanted to try something different but that didn't work out.

@bcgal00 Iris!! Bad girl! hahaha!! I *love* her name, love that you named her. Just *chef's kiss* :rotfl:
I hope that she behaves while you are away.
I hope you had a nice hike and how awesome that you are meeting so many people out there too.

@Cherylndesigns How wonderful that Roger is feeling so much better!! What a difference. ♥
I like having me and Gary time too, even if we are just watching tv with the dogs.
OMG, love Alejandro's naming story. That is really funny!

@taxed4ever I know that you are MIA today but I can't wait to hear all about the weekend when you pop in tomorrow, The kayak and stickers look good.
The Ooos are on a naming roll. My Bouy Toy is going to crack me up every time you say it.
Jason had 13 jobs in one year? Wow. He really settled into the military, that's a *big* difference.
I think that Rae's avi is the same photo but it's not black and white? Or perhaps it's a Mandela effect b/c I swear it is different too.

@Lynn Grieveson Is the weather getting cold by you at this time? Hope that it stays nice to keep on having the long walks and talks. Always a good thing. ♥
*shudders* Password Managers. ugh. Pro Tip-- write the Master Password down somewhere. :floorlaugh:
OMG! Your rib sounds painful! I am going to learn that lesson from you. I am also very (very) short and have a habit of climbing on shelves to get what I need in the grocery store. That is the last thing I want to do. Can you do anything for it, or is it similar to broken ribs, nothing much other than wrapping them? Feel better!

@vickyday I know that Easter is a very special day for you and I hope it is a lovely, joyful one. :heartpumppink:
Can you switch to cranberry juice for a few days over sweet tea? That is supposed to be good for UTIs. I hope that you and Mark feel better!

Good morning ladies. The countdown is on! We leave in 6 days. We'll head out around 8:30 Sat morning. Last night I copied phone pics over to an EHD and now I am loading those into my smugmug storage. Then I can wipe the photos off the phone and not have to worry about how many phone pics I take while away. I'm going to go for a photo walk this morning instead of a hike. I got a photo of my first meadowlark bird of the season, they are so pretty with their yellow chest. I ordered a plant book which should come in a few days. It will be fun to learn about the native plants of our area. My friends are part of the Kamloops naturalist group and are very knowledgeable, they recommended a book to me.

@taxed4ever yes, I changed my avi again, you were not imagining it. I decided I didn't want to use a b/w photo. My hair is so easy to care for. After the trip I'll be happy to have it about an inch longer but the super short style is very practical for the trip.

This afternoon I'll photograph receipts and documents to have for the trip and give Jen copies of our itinerary. I'm going to whittle the clothing pile down a bit and start packing the suitcases.

Jen is cooking a turkey today for us, I'll do some of the side dishes and make the gravy. Yesterday she baked keto fathead buns, pumpkin loaf and choc/coconut cookies for her and I. D might try the dessert but he doesn't always like our keto recipes.

So far Iris is doing her job, she hasn't escaped again and has kept the flickers away from the house. Yay.

If you like Virgin River on Netflix (romantic drama) you would probably like Sullivan's Crossing (a Canadian show). I just saw that they are produced by the same people. I binged the first 3 episodes and like it. I think the PVR is going to run out of room while we are gone and if not, it will be close. But it'll be the start of the slow tv season so I'll have time to catch up over the summer.

@faerywings I'm like you, I screw up passwords. I try to write them down but somehow I still mess it up. Glad you got it figured out. Sounds like you had a very happy sugar high yesterday :)

@taxed4ever Busy wkend (as always for you). I love how you decorated your kayak.

@Lynn Grieveson Ugh, sorry to hear of the rib injury. I'm short too so reaching and pulling things down in the store is challenging. I am often trying to climb up onto shelves and ledges to get at things.

I'm getting coffee and getting dressed b/c I want to head out to the park soon. HAGD everyone and enjoy your Easter Sunday!

Happy Easter and good morning - yep, it's still morning. We're having dinner up at Adrienne's and Roger's later. I wasn't sure if they were going to feel up to it but it's on. LOL Chris @faerywings I knew you'd get a laugh about how we named Alejandro. It was meant to be. We had named Gwen Stefani, but were stuck on the guy's name until our food delivery arrived. We looked at each other and went "that's it". Haha

Rae @bcgal00 the countdown is on - bet you're excited.

Chris @faerywings all of that food sounds yummy. I've given myself a license to eat this weekend. We all went to Nancy's yesterday and I had her Saturday Special - meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. I ate everything. I don't splurge on that very often, but it was so good. I'm going to eat today, too. I just got a new pair of jeans yesterday (Amazon Try Before You Buy) and they fit! I'm always so happy when a pair of jeans fit. They're stretch denim and I sized up so the waist would be a bit bigger. I don't even need to have the length altered because they only come to the top of my feet. They're supposed to be shorter, but on my short legs, they're perfect. LOL The bottoms are "ripped" and there are some rips in the jeans. I love them, but Chuck's not a fan. He said he hoped I got them half priced because half of them are gone. :rotfl:

Yep, we watch TV every evening, we each sit on the ends of the sofa and Daisy and/or any other dogs that might be here, lay in between us. The cat is on Chuck's lap or laying on the arm of the couch by him, if he's inside. Chuck's "his person".

Happy Sunday again and Happy Easter.

@faerywings yes it is painful but I suspect not much they can do. Medical would be free since it's an accident (all accident treatment and compo here is covered by a government insurance scheme) but with everything shut for Easter, I don't want to rock up to the hospital. I'll see how it is on Tuesday :)

And LOL at the password woes. Nightmare - you have my utmost sympathy. And I couldn't get the password manager to work in Firefox so I've had to switch to Safari and it's all different ...

Happy Easter, Everyone! ...or whatever you choose or choose not to celebrate.
I hope you've all had a fabulous weekend surrounded by those you love.
The weather here cooperated ,Chris! Got some work done out in the yard yesterday and once dinner was cleaned up this afternoon, while chilly, I managed to get a glass of wine and sit in the sun for a bit. Looks like it's going to be warm here all week. The cats will be happy to have the catio opened up and plenty of fresh air. It's been a long winter according to them.

@vickyday glad they caught the UTI before it got too bad.
To everyone.. here's healing thoughts to whatever ails you, smiles to mend broken hearts and lots of love from my corner,

Good afternoon everyone. Hope that everyone had a good day! We had our traditional Easter dinner...and now we have started the traditional holiday dinner snacking! LOL Told Syd that she is heading back to Gainesville for the last time during her freshman year. I have a feeling that if I blink, it will be the last time for college days. But, before that happens, we have lots of stuff to get done. Like the urgent stuff...getting ready for Germany where she will be in 4 weeks. And the important stuff...like figuring out what she needs in the apartment in 18 weeks. Goodness...no time to grow old. I always said that having kids at my age would either kill me or keep me young. I loved the Van Gogh exhibit yesterday. And we went to the St. Augustine Outlet mall which is less than 25 minutes from our house...we drive past it frequently but had never been. The darned Pandemic turned me into a pure Amazon shopper. Anyway, they had great stores.

@Nonni F it sounds like you had a good weekend! Glad that the weather held out.

@Cherylndesigns glad to hear that Roger is better. And I'm sure that Chuck was glad to have you home last night. Hope that your Easter lunch was nice! I haven't tried Amazon's try before you buy but I need to try that. And a weekend of eating sounds pretty good!

@bcgal00 love the new short hair! It will be great on the cruise. And how in the world is it only 6 days away! I love it! And I'm a big Virgin River fan so I will definitely check out Sullivan's Crossing.

@faerywings thanks for the words of encouragement for Shaun finding a path forward. He has been hanging in there pretty well this weekend. If he can just hang tough for 3 weeks. Trying to take it one step at a time. Urgent...get through these classes. Important, figure out what comes next. Kids today really do have it tough! Sydney has struggled (as much as Syd struggles) with Physics 2 but she got her test scores back and as long as she get 1 point out of 20 on her final exam, she passes the class. I'm feeling pretty confident. Probably will walk out with a B. And then all of the weed out classes are done!!! Moving on into the classes for her major.

@taxed4ever love the kayak! That is going to be such a fun summer. And so glad to hear that your son took awhile to figure out his path but finally got it.

@Lynn Grieveson sorry to hear about the rib. Hopefully it is better today!

@vickyday I am so hopeful that clearing up the UTI sorts out the rest of the stomach issue as well...but at the very least, I'm glad that they caught the UTI early!

I hope that you and Mark feel better!

xoxoxo
Well, neither of us made it to church this morning. We are both struggling at the moment. Prayerfully everything will get better this week! I started an antibiotic for the UTI that was discovered from the urine specimen I donated last Tuesday. ;)
I'm so glad you were finally able to get into your password manager! Lately I am really letting google create new passwords for me. I write them down in a little green book, lol!

Thank you, BTW! Easter is a VERY special day for us! We believe that if Jesus had not risen after death that there would be no hope for us, either! That being said, we celebrate His resurrection every Sunday! :hug2: :lovey3:

Thank you! I am hopeful, too, that clearing up the UTI will sort out the other stomach issues! :hug2::lovey3:

To everyone.. here's healing thoughts to whatever ails you, smiles to mend broken hearts and lots of love from my corner,
PEACE
Thank you! I am sure hoping that is what happened and that the antibiotics take care of more than the UTI! ;)

Good Evening!
Hope you all had a wonderful Sunday!
Mark and I ended up staying home from church this morning. I am pretty weak from not being able to eat much this week and I asked Mark to stay home with me in case I needed him for anything. As it turns out, his hemorrhoids have been worse on him today than whatever is going on with me. We were able to watch our pastor live on Mark's Facebook account.

@faerywings I meant to thank you for the cranberry suggestion, Chris. If I can remember when I go to the store tomorrow I am going to pick some up! I tried adding Stur Pomegranate/Cranberry flavoring to my water. It gave me heartburn. I will probably water down the Cranberry juice pretty heavily, too!

I made myself eat a couple bites of dry toast for breakfast and then had a baked sweet potato (plain) plus a bite of pork chop for our supper.

Here's hoping for a better week! :bye2:
