Guess Who!
Sometimes the clipping mask and frame provided by a template doesn't work for your photo and you need to create your own. I've known how to do this in Photoshop for awhile and figured out how to do it in Affinity (AP). Before trying this I recommend reviewing the information about mask child layers (vs. clipping child layers) at youtube.com/watch?v=j8jszUpmSM0. I have noted in other posts that creating clipping child layers, while a very powerful too, is a giant pain in AP v1. I have heard that the "drop zones" for creating masks and clipping child layers have been improved in v2.
