I'm preparing files for printing and when I open a certain layout, I get this message: "Some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output." When I click OK, the layout is there for a split second and then Photoshop shuts down. I really don't want to have to re-create the layout. Any ideas?

I don't suppose you have any clue what fonts are missing? Dang...I can't think of any way to solve the problem without the fonts!!

Isn't that weird?! Sometimes templates will have fonts that I don't have and Photoshop automatically replaces them with something generic and you can change them from there. I don't know that I've deleted any fonts either.

OK, I figured out a work around. I opened it in Illustrator and saved it as a pdf and then re-opened in Photoshop and saved as a jpg. Whew!
