Hi and welcome to the BIG Photo challenge for February.
My name is Gina and I am hosting it.

Your photo needs to cover at least half the page.
But there is a little twist. Your photo must be in a shape with soft edges.
The shape can be a circle, square, rectangle, triangle or hexagon.

I used a rectangle shaped mask to get the soft edges for my photo of our grandbaby.
What a cutie, Evelyn - your layout is really peaceful. The flowers match the photo perfectly and the elements around the mask are so beautifully placed.
Thank you so much for taking part in my challenge.

Thanks for the challenge! Using He Is by NLD. top of photo has a soft edge, but it's black on black!

Gorgeous masculine layout - I like the theme and the design. You did a great job with the mask. Sometimes there are just soft edges that you can't see so well.
Thank you so much for taking part in my challenge.

It said I could use a rectangle, and didn't say I couldn't use a frame. (And I made sure it didn't touch the soft rectangle shape). ;)

What a gorgeous layout and beautiful view to the mountains. You did a great job with the challenge and I like the shape you used. The elements fit perfectly to your page.
Thank you so much for taking part in my challenge.

My first page scrapped with my Great Nephew. He is the cutest thing and his mother (my niece) gave me permission to use his photos in my scrapbooking. You know that has me over the moon. I used a rectangular mask to soften the edges.
