I created the background using three papers from the Summer Camp kit and three from the Rise Collection. You can find instruction for creating the background using brushes and layers masks in the creative technique challenge.

Paper 17 is blended over paper 4 using Darken mode. Several layers of paint and transfers are in between the two papers. Add additional layers of paint and papers clipped to paint elements as masks, then the photo and elements on top of that.
