The background consists of three papers. The bottom layer is a dark blue solid. The middle layer is a turquoise solid. I used the underlying layer slider to determine how much of the paper I wanted to show. The top layer is a moon paper with the blend mode set to Linear Burn.

This is a great kit called "Over the moon " by Lynne Anzelc and Cheryl Budden. I just love doing these kind of pages (not sure what the proper name is)......you can purchase this kit from Lynne Anzelc designs in Oscraps. I thoroughly enjoy this kit and doing this page...
