I used Artistic - Cut Out filter and Pixelate - Color Half Tone on my photograph. I also played with the title; I used Styles - Image Effects - Puzzle.

I scrapped my youngest granddaughter's birthday. I used Anna Aspnes Art Play Palette Birthday, Mediterranka Designs Stay N Joy Border and Vicki Robinson Still Changing Paint. Font is A Big Deal.
