The background consists of three papers. The bottom layer is a painty paper in the multiple shades of blue. The middle layer is a yellow and red painty paper with a blend mode of Lighter Color. The top layer has large red, yellow and blue paint splotches and the blend mode is set to Darker Color.
I created this Art Journal page using Marguerite 2, Hand Drawn by Christine Art. This is a fun and funky collection that's full of AJ possibilities, or any other style you want to use it for.
Created for the July Art Journal Week 3 Challenge
The background consists of two papers from the Marguerite 2 Collection. The bottom layer is a yellow/orange paper and the top layer is a green/light yellow paper with a blend mode of Pin Light.
