Celebrating Oscraps Birthday
I created this birthday card for the Birthday Card Challenge to celebrate Oscraps' 15th birthday. I recolored the balloon using the Color Overlay layer style set to Soft Light blend mode. The string was recolored on a separate layer and set to Normal blend mode.- scribler
