I made the dress and then decided to put it on one of Lynne Anzelc' Paint the Town Ladies. I used a couple of her other items too. I used NBK's Bitten By The Love Bug, 12 Days of Christmas and and Artsy Bit from the Collab, Good Times, recolored.
