I used the stamp filter on my black & white photo. and then created an inverted masked layer on my photo layer and brushed with a soft rounded brush setting.

I used my photos March 2014 Mediterranka Design _DownBay collection Whenever I get the chance to go home (Oostende) I visit the market in centre of town. I park up on the other side of the harbour and get the free water taxi across to town ♥
