I warned him early that if we traveled at night he was on his own with the driving! Even with less traffic, the low grumblings from his side of the car continued throughout the trip! If he hit the rumble strips, that was the only time I dared to look his way! ;)

Hope your hip replacement gets much better before the 2 weeks! A kitchen renovation would be loved here, but alas, no funds to do such a thing. So I'm stuck with a 1960's kitchen! But it could be worse!
