We're going away on Sunday, so I'm just trying to use up what was in the fridge - tonight is roasted veg (potatoes, onions, cauliflower and zucchini) with barbecued fish that was in the freezer.

We will be visiting family down in Ontario in August and then we are heading to Croatia for a month. We have been planning to go there since before Covid so I am super excited we finally get to make the trip.

A wonderful birthday indeed with all the family there. Our younger daughter and her family moved to Mexico that fall, so I doubt there will be another birthday like it. What I can't believe is that we didn't get a family photo that day!
